Doors did not lock well and room had mold on lampshades which is a health hazard. Immediately regretted booking upon seeing it and had to find another hotel. Unsafe area also. ”

It was still there after I asked for additional cleaning. My main concern is about the hotel staff. It might be that it was a bad day, but they didn’t feel much friendly. “I was truly impressed with my recent stay. The staff at check in were warm and welcoming, my room was very clean and the hotel has excellent amenities. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you were looking for. Hotel staff walked around during breakfast area cleaning, refilling food items and greeting/assisting guests. I did use the gym and it was clean and with a nice view.”
