“Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper.”

“not up to the Arlo standard, room very basic, no water in the fridge, window in front to another building like not having a window. Not going there anymore ”
